Nappy DJ Needles Got “Love For The 90s”

It sounds like something that should go for Flashback Friday, but this actually is something new with pieces of something old in it. Nappy DJ Needles has made available on his Bandcamp page a “classic rap blend” of four different rap songs from the 90s into Mack Wilds’ current single “Love In The 90z.” He chose verses from the following classics: LL Cool J’s “Mama Said Knock You Out,” Pete Rock & C.L. Smooth’s “They Reminisce Over You (T.R.O.Y.),” Gang Starr’s “Just To Get A Rep,” and Notorious B.I.G.’s “Party & Bullshit.” Taking the beat and music from the Mack Wilds track, he seamlessly blends the verses so that the song comes out as a coherent whole.

The song is available for download at his page for whatever you are willing to pay. If you loved 90s hip-hop, you should take a listen to this. (Note: this track is not worksafe).
